Identification is made by keying in user name and password
on the MFPs touch-screen display, short-ID or by using a
connected ID-card. Each individual user, group of users or
department user will see a list of their actual print jobs on the
display, from where print jobs are easily printed or deleted.
The user friendly touch-screen display makes it easy for the
users t o authenticate themselves by typing username,
password, or pin number.
User Authentication with Card Reader A fast and more secure log-on is based on the use of a card-reader for key or identity cards. (Formats supported include Magnetic Swipe, HID, MiFare, etc.). The double swipe function makes it possible to release all print jobs with no further action.
