The VDMS Gateway for 3rd –party integrations based on Windows handles exchange and update of account information for individual users, groups of users or departments between the MFPs and the server based accounting Suite software from 3rd vendors that is supported like Cirrato integrated print management solution and other solutions.
The Ubiquitech Embedded Software Clients for Ricoh, Xerox, Samsung etc. and our Hardware terminal integrates tightly with the VDMS Gateway component that handles the attachment of card readers, thereby making it easy for users to log on to the MFP and gain access to relevant functionality using their employee identity card or the card of their choice.
Together they form a secure and very user-friendly MFP solution that handles all aspects of account information and usage reporting.
As an optional feature it is possible to implement customized user displays for copy,
scan and print functions. Single login with scanning and send-kit, transferring user data
